It would have to be a major violation of rules for anything to change. If the Championship was given away over a petty matter such a transponder it would be the second time in two years that Dixon loses the championship on the last race. Not because a lack of driving of his driving abilities, but because of something the team and people working behind the scenes were responsible for.
